A: During checkout, you’ll have an option to upload your images. If you face issues, you can email them to us after placing your order.

4. Will I see a preview before printing?

A: Yes! For custom designs, we send you a preview for approval before production.

Shipping & Delivery :

1.Do you offer worldwide shipping?

A: Currently, we ship within india.

2.How long does shipping take?

A: Orders typically take 2 days for processing and within 4-5 days for delivery. Custom orders may take longer.

3. How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or Whatsapp.

Returns & Refunds :

1.What is your return policy?

A: Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or mistake on our end.

2.What if my product arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us within 24-48 hours with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production begins, and cancellation may not be possible.
