Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:
You receive a damaged or defective item contact us in within 48 hours and after returning the product to use refund will be add credited to the original payment method within 3-4 business days
You receive the wrong product.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the damaged product.
Your order number and details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 24-48 hours with proof.
We will send the correct product or issue a replacement.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them.
After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect image uploaded by the customer
Slight variations in color, size, or design due to material differences
