Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

  1. You receive a damaged or defective item contact us in within 48 hours and after returning the product to use refund will be add credited to the original payment method within 3-4 business days  

  2. You receive the wrong product.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear photos of the damaged product.

    • Your order number and details.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 24-48 hours with proof.

  • We will send the correct product or issue a replacement.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them.

  • After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect image uploaded by the customer

    • Slight variations in color, size, or design due to material differences
